AnoisHR – a human resources and career consultancy, based in County Tipperary, Ireland.  

Supporting employers (primarily leaders of SMEs) of diverse sectors and size; as well as Job Seekers from all walks of life and career stage (from graduates to experienced professionals).

Established in 2004 by Claire Boyle, Chartered MCIPD and re-launched in 2021, with new partners, affiliates and enhanced services and products; the Company is proud to add value to its customer groups by delivering trusted, bespoke, solutions  – easily accessible at competitive prices.  

For employers, AnoisHR provides varying level support throughout the employee life-cycle – from strategic to operational; including HR Audits, Recruitment and Selection, Psychometric Assessments, Employee Handbooks, Performance Management, Disciplinary/Grievances, HRIS/ATS Software and more.

AnoisHR also furnishes Job Seekers with a range of career support services to help build confidence and skill in securing new employment – from CVs/Resumes to Interview preparation and Psychometrics.

2. CHALLENGE

To improve the performance of AnoisHR it was vital to improve the online presence. This needed to be fulfilled through the delivery of a modern and up to date website to enhance and maintain the look of the brand. The online presence will support the aim of of delivering a high standard experience to existing customers as well as introducing the venue to a new online audience. A curated website design and UX strategy was paramount to the success of the site that Lignin provided with a slick and targeted booking journey.

3. SOLUTION

Alongside Lignin, a new and improved clean modern website will benefit the company in moving in a new direction, helping create a modern brand image for the company. This will be implemented with easy navigation to allow users to move around the website easily and is likely to improve the engagement.
